Ways to use Amla for Skin
For a smooth and radiant skin mix two portions of amla powder with rose water and apply it on the face then let it dry and wash it off also alternately you can mix amla powder with honey and yogurt or curd leave it for 15 to 20 min. and then wash it with cold water.
Eat it raw :
Raw Amla is the best way to get all the nutrition inside amla but as we all know it is quite bitter and little bit hard to digest but still few people in taking it like this only but one can also eat them by dipping it in honey or sprinkling some masala on them so that it can be more palatable. You will need Amla powder and lemon juice:
Mix 1tbsp of amla powder and of lemon juice in a bowl well and then using it Massage your hairs for about 5-6 minutes and cover all of your hair and scalp.
Then leave it for 15 minutes next wash it with cold or lukewarm water.
One should apply it 2-3 times every fortnight (2 weeks).
Amla powder and egg for hair growth:
Take two whole eggs in a bowl and whisk the eggs until they fluff up and then add ½ cup of Amla powder in it and stir it continuous.
Now apply the hair mask and leave it for at least 1 hour and then remove the mask and to get the best results we should use it one time in a week.
Kindly remember while washing it we should wash it using cold water because warm water may end up cooking of eggs.
Curry leaves and amla oil for hair growth:
We will use 1 cup of coconut oil and heat it then add chopped amla and curry leaves to it then leave the oil aside to cool for 15-20 minutes
Pour the oil in a jar so that Amla oil and curry leaves are separated from oil.
Massage well with it for 15 minutes covering all scalp and hair now wait for an additional 10 min. and wash the oil out with mild shampoo and lukewarm water.
You can also use the solution off Amla and Shikakai powder for hair growth using same procedure.
